driversHow do I join as a Driver Partner?
Use the Next Driver Partner App to verify your mobile number, complete the profile, provide the required consent and bank details, upload the requested documents and submit the application. Activation happens only after the required review and training steps are complete.
driversWhich documents are required?
The onboarding flow lists the current requirements, including a valid driving licence and applicable identity, address, profile and bank information. Documents must be genuine, readable, current and belong to the applicant. Additional checks may be requested during review.
driversIs training required before receiving rides?
New Driver Partners may be required to complete the assigned training modules and assessment before becoming available for ride requests. Required content, completion progress and assessment status are shown in the Partner App.
driversIs there a Driver Partner joining fee?
Next Driver does not charge a joining or registration fee for the standard Driver Partner onboarding shown in the app. Do not pay an individual who promises approval, training completion or guaranteed rides.
driversCan I choose when to work?
Yes. Eligible Driver Partners can control their availability from the Partner App. Going online does not guarantee a ride; requests depend on customer demand, service area, training and verification status, distance and other matching conditions.
driversWhat can I see before accepting a ride?
An available request shows the operational booking information needed to make a decision, including service type, pickup area, reporting time, estimated pickup ETA or distance when available, duration and earnings information. A ride is accepted only through the dedicated Accept Ride button.
driversHow do I start and complete a ride securely?
Follow the controlled ride steps in the Partner App. At pickup, verify the customer and vehicle, complete any required ride-start identity step and enter the customer’s Ride Start OTP. Update each trip stage in order and confirm required trip-stop or odometer information before completion.
driversHow are Driver Partner earnings and deductions shown?
The Partner App shows the ride value and the available earnings, commission, cash due, reward adjustment, wallet and settlement information recorded for the Driver Partner. Review the ride and wallet entries and contact support with the booking or transaction reference if something appears incorrect.
driversWhen are eligible earnings paid?
Eligible online-ride earnings follow the payout schedule displayed in the Partner App after required deductions and cash offsets. Processing may move to the next working day when the scheduled date falls on an applicable bank holiday or when a payment review is required.
driversHow do I get help with an active ride or my account?
Use Support in the Partner App to start a conversation with Next Driver support. For urgent active-ride assistance, share the booking ID and current issue without exposing customer personal data, OTPs, passwords or full bank details.
